Noughts — a daily number puzzle with a discovery inside

Six digits. Six guesses. One peculiar fact. Noughts is a free daily number puzzle that turns a little logical thinking into a satisfying discovery.

Find the secret six-digit number using the clues from each guess. Green means the right digit in the right place; yellow means the digit belongs somewhere else. The higher-or-lower arrow helps you narrow things down. Digits can repeat, and a zero at the beginning is perfectly respectable.

If you enjoy games like Wordle, Noughts offers a different daily challenge: think in numbers, follow the clues and uncover a surprising fact when the round ends—even if the number escapes you.

Choose Classic to keep every clue visible, or try Brain Fog for an extra memory challenge. Explore previous daily puzzles in the calendar, then discover Hex and Binary for two more ways to give your curiosity a workout.
